OKR stands for Objective and Key Results.

The three OKR keywords are Objective, Key Results, and Initiative. Objectivesare aggressive, memorable, and qualitative descriptions of what we want to achieve. Then, these Objective will be transformed into Key Results that describe the outcome we want to achieve, as well as how we maintain our performance. Initiatives are projects, which include all actions related to the completion of the OKR.

The strengths of OKR compared to other performance management systems (such as KPI or BSC) is that the approach is very flexible with a dense monitoring period (weekly or quarterly) so that the company’s objective and performance measurement can change dynamically, and per organizational changes, both internal and external.

Basic

Conducted in 1 day of training, offers an understanding of OKR theory and its practice that is adequate to be carried out by individuals and departments.

Intermediate

Conducted in 2 days of training, offers a deeper understanding of the theory regarding OKR and practices that ensure alignment between organizations, departments, and units.

Advance

Conducted in 3 days of training, offers an understanding of the OKR theory and its implementation in different industries and practices that ensure alignment between organizations, departments, and units, along with theory and practice test that ensures the competency of participants.
